Garrett Greathouse

Employee Spotlight

It's time to shine a light on another vital person. The September Spotlight is on Garrett Greathouse! Garrett has been with the M&A team for 1.5 years as our Air Quality Engineer. His day-to-day comes down to "compliance, compliance, compliance," and he loves the challenge of hunting down leaks to keep everything running cleanly. When he's not in the field, you’ll find him hunting and fishing for anything and everything. Guided by his motto, "If you're 15 minutes early, you're on time," Garrett brings incredible dedication to our team every day!"

SSE Signing Day

On Friday, July 31st, we attended CNX Mentorship Academy signing day at PNC Park, where our SSE program interns were honored for their incredible work.

It was an inspiring event filled with excitement as they prepare to continue their internships with their host companies—and to top it off, we got to cheer on the Pirates to a win! We heard impactful words from company representatives, dedicated mentors, and the interns themselves.

We are so proud of these future leaders and can't wait to see what they accomplish next in the energy sector. Let’s give a huge round of applause to these interns—the future of Energy is looking bright!

Mentorship Academy SSE Training

For the past 4 weeks, we've had the privilege of working with 17 interns looking to make a big impact in the energy field!

M&A has partnered with The Mentorship Academy for the SSE training and internship program!

They've gone through training and different workplace lessons. They are getting geared up to be in all environments, from a corporate meeting to the rig site with their crew. Now they are starting their first rotation with select companies!

Making sure that the future of our industry is nurtured and equipped with the tools they need is something we are honored to be aiding this year and hopefully years to come!

June 10th wasn't really about one well. It was about the people behind the work.

The crews who show up every day ready to tackle tough jobs. The partners who work together to get things done. And the communities across Pennsylvania that benefit from these efforts.

We were honored to join the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Secretary Jessica Shirley, local leaders, and community partners as Pennsylvania marked the plugging of its 400th orphaned and abandoned well under the Shapiro Administration.

For our team, this milestone is a reminder of why we do what we do: creating opportunities for hardworking people while helping strengthen the communities we call home.Proud of our crews. Proud of our partners. Proud to be part of Pennsylvania's energy story"
